RETURNS From 01 JULY 2009

In a move designed to contain our costs at MG Spare Parts & Services / Heritage MG Parts / Heritage Mini Parts and all our associated companies. It has become necessary to implement a return for credit policy that we have not had to enforce for over ten years.
Items specially purchased on your behalf will not be returnable for credit and a part payment may be required
before the order is placed.
Goods being returned for credit must be received in the same condition and packing as when supplied
(i.e. ready to be resold) and with a copy of the original invoice, at your cost.
In the event the above is not the case the credit may be refused and the goods returned to you at your cost.
The goods must be received at our Smithfield factory within 15 days of our despatch date to you.
A restocking fee of $10.00 or 10% whichever is the greater will be charged for each part number returned
This measure has become necessary due to “average” returns for credit arriving at our premises 6 to 12 weeks
after despatch with some goods returning two to four years later.
This policy will be enforced from 01.07.09; this gives you time to check for necessary returns.
